The OC version of the Strix 1080 Ti comes with a higher clock speed already. Without a doubt, you can achieve an even faster speed by manual overclocking.
But that doesn’t mean the maximum possible overclocking limit is going to be higher. For instance, both OC and non-OC Strix 1080 Ti can hit 2025 MHz.
In some cases, you may find a higher limit on the OC version. But 20 to 30 MHz is negligible and it won’t make the upgrade noticeable.
